The essence of my art emerges from a deep sense of connection and curiosity about the natural world followed by careful observation and mark-making to explore both the visual and emotional aspects of space and place. Memory, time, and experience combine to form my creative process in a quest to understand both what I see, feel and understand about nature and the human experience.
